Join us and Essential Energy on Wednesday, March 14th at 7pm for a relaxing evening of guided meditation, light snacks, and conversations.  No cost to you, please bring a yoga mat and a pillow. 

Meditation for beginners. Take a break from your busy mind and experience stillness and peace. Through guided meditation you will learn techniques to quite your mind to recharge your body and spirit.

*45 minute guided meditation
